WCSJ series vertical coarse crusher
(1) Main purpose: This crusher is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. It is a supporting equipment for the pre-processing of micro crushing. It is not limited by material viscosity, hardness, softness, or fibers, and can effectively crush any material.
(2) Working principle: This crusher is a vertical structure. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper of the crusher, and is crushed by the rotating impact of the rotating blade. The fixed blade and the movable blade are simultaneously sheared to obtain crushing. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material automatically flows towards the outlet of the crusher. In addition, WCSJ-20A is designed according to the "GMP" standard, and the entire crusher is made of stainless steel material, ensuring that drugs, food, and other products meet national hygiene requirements.
